Arsenal agrees to sign Super Falcons star Asisat Oshoala from Liverpool

Liverpool Ladies Football Club on Tuesday confirmed the Club had 'accepted a bid from Arsenal' Ladies football club for Super Falcons star Asisat Oshoala. The Gunners activated a clause in the Nigerian international’s contract therefore the striker will now discuss personal terms with Pedro Martinez Losa’s coached side but the deal might take some time to complete due to the player having work permit issues.

Oshoala joined Liverpool Ladies in January 2015, after her superb performance in the 2014 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup. She missed two months of the 2015 season with a knee injury, as defending champions Liverpool finished seventh in the female League.
